How are we different

At Integrow Corporate, we integrate psychotherapeutic principles into our coaching model to help leaders explore the "why" behind their behaviors, uncovering emotional blocks, biases, and stressors that impact their leadership and decision-making

We founded Integrow Corporate after identifying critical gaps in the coaching industry. Many traditional methods fail to address neurodiversity and the negative mental states that hinder productivity. With a focus on holistic coaching, we bridge this gap, combining broad corporate experience in consultancy, public relations, intercultural relations, and tech, along with extensive international experience across four continents and nine countries. This allows us to tailor our approach, accommodating the unique challenges and cultural nuances of diverse, multicultural organizations.
